1. Shipping Information
- Processing Time: We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days.
- Shipping Time: Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location.
- Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package.
2. Return Policy (30 Days) We want you to be happy with your O-Mira experience.
- Window: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
4. Damages and Issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- We will replace any defective unit at no cost to you.
